Project partners

The ISABEL consortium unites 10 partners from six European countries, bringing together leading universities, research organisations, public authorities, and innovation-oriented enterprises. This interdisciplinary collaboration blends expertise in labour economics, artificial intelligence, regional development, and social innovation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to managing Europe’s green and digital transitions.

Each partner contributes to the research, data analysis, co-creation, and validation of the ISABEL framework, helping to design practical, inclusive, and regionally tailored solutions for fair labour market transformation. Together, they are building an innovative ecosystem of knowledge and technology to support just, inclusive, and sustainable transitions across Europe.

The Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH), founded in March 2000, is one of Greece’s leading research centers, dedicated to innovative research for societal benefit. It operates under the supervision of the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation (GSRI) of the Greek Ministry of Development. CERTH focuses on key areas such as clean energy, AI, robotics, smart cities, precision medicine, and the circular economy.
