PROGRESSUS Research & Counselling IKE is an SME specializing in scientific transnational research and studies in the fields of non-formal education, lifelong learning, career guidance, social inclusion, and labour market integration. The company provides counseling, training, and research services for various target groups, including children, adolescents, students, NEETs, the unemployed, early school leavers, and individuals with disabilities. Its main areas of focus include soft skills development, career planning, mentoring, social integration, and entrepreneurship. PROGRESSUS is committed to applying modern digital technologies in career guidance and training, as well as developing specialized programs to foster social and civic competencies among youth and adults.

The company’s multidisciplinary team consists of experts in psychology, pedagogy, social sciences, economics, and ICT, who design and implement innovative training tools, psychometric instruments, and methodologies for career counseling. In the ISABEL project, PROGRESSUS plays a key role in developing the Policy Assistant Knowledge Base and leading the Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation strategy, ensuring that project results are widely accessible and impactful.
