ISABEL Participates in the 2026 Kalundborg Career Fair

The ISABEL project participated in the 2026 Kalundborg Career Fair in Sjælland, Denmark, a major local event bringing together companies, educational institutions and other organisations across approximately 70 stands and attracting around 1,000 visitors in recent editions.

The ISABEL team hosted a dedicated stand throughout the event, providing visitors with the opportunity to learn more about the project, its objectives and the progress achieved so far. The team also presented some of the tools being developed within ISABEL to support labour-market intelligence, skills matching, reskilling and fair labour-market transitions in the context of the green and digital transformations.

The stand attracted a large number of visitors and enabled direct interaction with students, jobseekers, companies, education and training actors, and other local stakeholders. These exchanges provided an important opportunity not only to disseminate the project’s activities and emerging results, but also to raise awareness of changing skills needs and the challenges and opportunities associated with labour-market transitions.

Participation in the Kalundborg Career Fair also contributed to ISABEL’s wider stakeholder engagement activities in the Sjælland Living Lab region, strengthening connections with local actors and bringing the project closer to the people and organisations directly affected by labour-market transformation.

Through its participation in events such as the Kalundborg Career Fair, ISABEL continues to promote dialogue between research and practice and to support more informed, inclusive and evidence-based responses to the changing world of work.
