ISABEL Horizon Project Kicks Off in Thessaloniki!

The ISABEL Horizon Project officially launched in January 2024 with a successful Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) in Thessaloniki, Greece. Representatives from leading universities, research institutions, and technology partners gathered to discuss the project’s objectives, methodologies, and upcoming milestones.

The meeting focused on developing AI-powered tools to analyze job creation and destruction (JCD) trends, ensuring smooth labor market transitions in the digital and green economy. Work Package leaders presented strategies for data collection, AI-driven labor market forecasting, and policy recommendations to maximize ISABEL’s impact. Stakeholder engagement and the role of Living Labs in real-world validation were key discussion points, emphasizing the project’s commitment to practical, evidence-based solutions. This meeting marked the beginning of ISABEL’s commitment to reshaping the future of labor markets in the green and digital economy.
