VETprep

Objectives

VETprep is a Horizon Europe project investigating the educational pathways and experiences of young people in vocational education and training (VET) across Europe, with particular attention to changes and challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through cross-country policy analysis, longitudinal surveys, register data, interviews, school-based research and stakeholder co-creation workshops, the project examines young people’s transitions into and through VET, their aspirations and experiences, and factors contributing to vulnerability or successful participation.

The findings will support the development of evidence-based recommendations to improve VET policies, support systems and educational pathways across European countries.
