The ISABEL project was presented at the Hellenic Society for Career Guidance (ELESYP) Conference, held in Athens from 17–19 October. The conference was attended by career guidance counselors, teachers and researchers in education and employment, educational and employment organizations, as well as representatives of workers’ associations.

During the presentation, the project’s objectives and key outcomes were shared, with a focus on the digital tools being developed to predict skills and labor market trends. These include:

• FAROROMO – a platform for analyzing regional labor market trends.
• SNAP – a tool for mapping skills demand and supply.
• DPWA – an interactive tool supporting counselors and employment/education organizations in career guidance and workforce planning.

The audience showed strong interest in these tools and highlighted their potential as valuable support in their daily work.
