Isabel @ Euroguidance event in Cyprus – June 2025

The ISABEL project was proudly featured during a high-level Euroguidance training event held in Cyprus, bringing together over 40 career guidance practitioners and stakeholders from five European countries: Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Romania, and Spain.

The event, co-organised by Euroguidance Cyprus, the European University Cyprus, and Progressus R&C, focused on equipping career professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the evolving landscape of the labour market in the era of Industry 4.0. Through a series of workshops, presentations, and networking opportunities, participants explored how digital and green transitions are reshaping jobs, required skills, and guidance strategies.

A key moment of the event was the presentation of the ISABEL Horizon Europe Project by the project’s scientific coordinator, Dr Nikos Kapitsinis. The presentation introduced the project’s concept, objectives, and methodological approach, with a strong emphasis on its co-creation framework and research tools. Special attention was given to how ISABEL’s work can support career practitioners in developing forward-looking, data-driven approaches and contribute to increasing employability and inclusion in a rapidly changing labour market.
